- Monitor overall business performance, budgets, and key operational KPIs
- Support Senior Management in strategic planning and operational decision-making
- Manage and continuously optimize the end-to-end order-to-delivery process across Europe
- Provide disciplinary and functional leadership and further development of the Operations team
- Ensure efficient supply chain, logistics, and operational processes
- Initiate and implement continuous improvement initiatives based on data analysis
- Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Sales, Service, Spare Parts, and Finance
- Act as an interface to the headquarters and selected stakeholders in China
Must-haves- University degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable qualification
- More than 5 years of professional experience in Operations Management
- Strong expertise in Supply Chain Management and Logistics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical capabilities with a KPI-driven working style
- Proven leadership experience with disciplinary responsibility
