Pact Group is seeking a Moulder Technician in Sydney for a full-time on-site role on a 24/5 line. You will operate blow moulding equipment from start to finish, monitor vision systems and leak testers, record downtime data, and collaborate with QA, Production and Maintenance to hit targets while upholding WHS and food safety standards. Ideal candidates have blow moulding or similar machinery experience, strong mechanical aptitude and a proven problem solving approach. The Moulder Technician is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the production line from blow moulding through to bagging, ensuring production targets and schedules are met. The role includes operating and monitoring blow moulders, vision inspection systems, leak testers, conveyors, and grinders, while working closely with Quality, Production, and Maintenance teams. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the Technician forms part of a two-person shift team supporting a 24/5 manufacturing operation.
