AECOM is seeking an experienced National Coastal & Maritime Lead to build and scale a capability across Australia, reporting to Water Resources and working with Ports & Marine. This senior role focuses on strategic leadership, client growth, and assembling a team rather than hands-on modelling, though credibility in coastal processes helps. You’ll shape strategy, manage client relationships with ports and government, and drive outcomes while expanding opportunities in dredging, shoreline management and resilience. Eligible locations include Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Newcastle or Townsville. To apply, tailor your CV to 15+ years in coastal/maritime leadership, show impact regionally, and prepare Day 1 onboarding; highlight alignment with a flexible, inclusive culture and the chance to build something significant.

Flexible work arrangements, including alternative start/finish times, job-sharing and hybrid work options
Purchase up to 6 weeks additional annual leave per year
