SGS Australia is seeking a National Operations Manager for Audit & Certifications to lead national audit teams and certification operations, delivering safe, compliant and efficient outcomes while growing the business. The role is full time onsite and open to Sydney or Melbourne; you’ll manage scheduling, utilisation and quality in line with accreditation like JASANZ and partner with the Business Manager on planning and P&L. The ideal candidate is a proven people leader with strong operational and customer focus, skilled in certified management systems, KPI reporting and workforce planning, with excellent stakeholder management and MS Office proficiency; food safety auditing experience is a plus. About the Role
As the National Operations Manager you will provide national leadership to audit teams and certification operations, ensuring services are delivered safely, professionally and in accordance with accreditation requirements. You will play a critical role in improving operational efficiency, maintaining auditor capability, achieving utilisation targets and supporting the continued growth of our certification services.
This role is open to candidates located in Sydney or Melbourne, and we encourage applications from both locations.
