As our New Business Development Manager IAM, you’ll own the sales journey end-to-end—from strategy and prospecting to deal closure—while partnering closely with Delivery and Pre-Sales. Your insights won’t just close deals; they’ll help shape our market presence, influence product direction, and unlock new cross-practice opportunities.

What You’ll Do 

  • Win new customers (“new logos”) and expand our footprint in target markets. 
  • Drive the full sales cycle, collaborating with Delivery and Pre-Sales for maximum impact. 
  • Position and evolve our unique IAM value proposition. 
  • Leverage cross-selling opportunities and share market insights with your team. 
  • Manage forecasts, pipelines, and governance standards with precision. 
  • Respond efficiently to RFPs and tenders.

What You Bring 

  • 5+ years in B2B IT solution sales with a strong new logo track record. Multi-solution sales experience is a plus. 
  • Pipeline management, accurate forecasting, value-based selling, deal structuring, and opportunity hunting. 
  • Proactive, strategic, opportunity-focused, and a strong communicator. You thrive on learning and growth. 
  • Fluent in Dutch & English (written and spoken). 
  • Bachelor’s degree; IAM/security certifications a plus. EU driver’s license. 
  • Availability: 32–40h/week, flexible hours. 

Some facts about our IAM Sales team 

  • As a part of the IAM practice group Sales team you will be collaborating closely with colleagues in the Benelux, DACH and Nordics regions.  
  • We have weekly standups to share wins, challenges, and progress on projects.  
  • Everyone has weekly 1:1s with the Head of Sales to discuss how they are doing, progress, challenges and any topics they need help with. 
  • As a team we take a leading role in expanding the organization’s IAM market position through expertise, customer focus, and strong commercial execution. We are trusted advisors for customers in the field of Identity & Access Management, translating complex security challenges into clear, actionable solutions. 
  • We aim to enhance collaboration with technology and channel partners to increase joint opportunities. 
  • We find it important to demonstrate thought leadership through customer presentations, webinars, or whitepapers on IAM trends such as zero trust, identity governance, and AI-driven security. 
  • We build and maintain a strategic customer portfolio with strong NPS and consistent year-over-year growth.
