Job Description

  • Complete key shift tasks like reports, wake‑up calls, Express Check‑Outs, and Night Audit duties with precision.
  • Communicate clearly through thorough handovers and report any issues or inconsistencies to the Night Manager.
  • Deliver swift, polished guest service—from check‑ins to calls to complaints—with genuine heartfelt hospitality.
  • Keep guest records, registrations, accounts, and security procedures sharp, accurate, and up to date.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with Housekeeping and other teams to keep rooms, and daily operations running smoothly.
  • Stay engaged through ongoing training and confidently take on additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

You will be

  • Bringing 1–2 years of Front Office or hotel experience to the role
  • Confident using computers, with strong skills in MS Excel.
  • Drawing on any previous experience in a hotel Finance Department, if applicable.
  • Familiar with the broader responsibilities within a Finance Department, or eager to learn them.
