Job Description

Join our team as a Night Auditor at Ibis Budget Sydney Olympic Park!

We're seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to manage our hotel's overnight operations and ensure a seamless guest experience.

  • This role is required to work overnight from 11pm to 7.00am the next day and also involves weekends.
  • Oversee front desk operations during the night shift, handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and enquiries with a friendly and professional manner
  • Perform end-of-day reconciliation procedures.
  • Compile Night Audit day pack reports and documents in accordance with PCI Compliance, distributing to specific departments in a timely manner as required
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guest needs and concerns throughout the night
  • Conduct regular security rounds to maintain a safe and peaceful environment for all guests
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for the day shift team, ensuring smooth transitions between shifts
  • Maintain accurate records of all night audit activities

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Front Office operations.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Reporting and analytical skills are essential to ensure the accuracy and timely preparation of all night audit paperwork
  • Knowledge of Opera Cloud is an advantage
