We are seeking a reliable, professional, and service-focused Night Porter to ensure the smooth and secure operation of the hotel during overnight hours.

The Role

As Night Porter, you will be responsible for overseeing the hotel throughout the night, ensuring guest comfort, safety, and operational readiness for the following day. You will act as the main point of contact for guests during overnight hours while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing a warm and professional welcome to late-arriving guests
• Managing late check-ins and early departures efficiently and accurately
• Conducting regular security patrols of the premises and ensuring guest safety
• Setting up public areas and preparing facilities for the next day’s operations
• Assisting with guest enquiries and handling requests promptly and courteously
• Supporting housekeeping and management with overnight tasks as required
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of reception and public areas
• Completing end-of-day procedures and accurate reporting

About You

• Previous experience in a hotel, hospitality, or customer service role is preferred
• Trustworthy, responsible, and confident working independently
• Calm, professional, and attentive to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic IT proficiency and confidence using hotel systems
• Flexible to work overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays
