PPHE Hotel Group is seeking a Night Receptionist at Park Plaza in London. You’ll be the first and last face guests see, earning £13.54 per hour plus incentives, with 30 days holiday, substantial staff discounts, and a package of wellbeing and pension benefits. You must be available to work a 23:00 to 07:00 night shift on a 5 on/2 off pattern. Night Receptionist

As a Night receptionist, you will receive:

The ideal candidate for the Night Receptionist role will:

• Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with others
• Manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude
• Possess a good command of English and excellent communication skills

• Have previous experience in a customer-facing role or as a Receptionist/Night Receptionist in the hospitality sector
• Be available to work on a a 5 on/2 off shift pattern 23:00-7am
