Full-time permanent, days and hours of work Monday to Friday 6:00pm – 3:30am.

The Role

What the role includes:

Your primary function will be to coordinate the movement and flow of containers throughout the depot whilst maintaining data integrity and professionally communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.

 Some of your responsibilities:

  • Processing trucks in and out of the yard using our own in-house booking system
  • Directing and instructing truck driver movements within the depot
  • Coordinating with internal and external parties to ensure cut-offs are met.
  • Reconciling driver sheets to ensure movements are correctly recorded.
  • Reconciling data provided by MPI to ensure the depot adheres to regulations.
  • Coordinating acceptances, releases and deliveries of full containers.
  • Assisting with internal and external enquiries
  • Communicating with staff via RT

Requirements
