Great Bear in Sheffield is hiring a Nightshift Warehouse Team Leader for a full-time, permanent role on a 10pm to 6am night shift, salary £26,715. You will support the Shift Manager by leading a warehouse team, driving productivity and service KPIs, upholding health and safety and quality checks, and ensuring inventory flows smoothly. You’ll run team briefings, coach colleagues and handle people processes in line with policy. The ideal candidate has fast-paced warehouse and supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to prioritise under pressure with solid IT skills. We are looking for a confident and hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to join our Sheffield operation. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a fast-paced, modern warehouse environment where you will lead a team to help deliver excellent service for a range of key customers.
In this role, you will support the Shift Manager in leading, motivating and developing the team, while making sure productivity, quality, health and safety, and customer service standards are achieved every day. You will play a key part in keeping the operation running smoothly and ensuring all customer requirements are delivered to a high standard.
This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday on a nightshift from 10:00pm to 06:00am
