Great Bear in Sheffield is hiring a confident Warehouse Team Leader to run a fast-paced operation, support the Shift Manager and ensure productivity, quality, health and safety, and customer service. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday on rotating shifts 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00, salary £26,715. You’ll lead a team, drive KPI performance, uphold safety and compliance, perform quality checks, deliver clear briefings, and coach staff toward progression while handling investigations per policy. Desired candidates have warehouse and supervisory experience, strong communication, IT proficiency, and a proven ability to meet targets. We are looking for a confident and hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to join our Sheffield operation. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a fast-paced, modern warehouse environment where you will lead a team to help deliver excellent service for a range of key customers.
In this role, you will support the Shift Manager in leading, motivating and developing the team, while making sure productivity, quality, health and safety, and customer service standards are achieved every day. You will play a key part in keeping the operation running smoothly and ensuring all customer requirements are delivered to a high standard.
This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday on a rotating shift pattern from 06:00am - 14:00pm and 14:00pm - 22:00pm
Salary: £26,715 per annum
