Tips to stand out in your application
Lead your resume with your three-plus years of admin experience and your track record of handling several admin modules without constant supervision. Show navigation across facilities, procurement, travel, and attendance so the reader sees you can keep multiple strands moving at once.
Back up your English proficiency with concrete examples: describe how you’ve written reports, drafted vendor communications, or logged invoices in English, and note any Chinese language work you’ve done to surface your language versatility.
Be ready with two or three stories about housing coordination, vendor relationships, and visa paperwork. Explain how you organized these processes, the documents you managed, and the outcomes for your team or company.
Prepare a focused question for the interview about the admin team’s current priorities, the tools used for invoicing and attendance, and how team-building activities are planned and measured for impact.
