About the role

As Office Manager, you’ll oversee the day to day operations of our store office, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and reliable support across all administrative and financial functions.


You’ll bring strong numerical confidence, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to keep multiple moving parts aligned. This is a hands on leadership role where you set clear standards, support your team, and provide accurate information that helps the store make better decisions.


This is a full time Monday – Friday office based position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing financial processes including payroll, invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Ensuring numerical accuracy across all documentation and store financials.
  • Maintaining strong systems and compliance across administrative workflows.
  • Supporting and developing your team to ensure capability and growth.
