An onsite fulltime role in Mashreq’s Retail Banking Group focused on officer level business development for SME liabilities sales. KPIs include sourcing new to business banking current accounts, ensuring funded accounts, and generating fee income from FX, Trade, Bancassurance and Deposits. You will prospect in targeted markets through calls and face-to-face visits, present all business banking products ethically, and hit monthly sales targets while expanding cross-sell opportunities and building relationships. Must adhere to KYC and AML during onboarding, participate in micro marketing and events, and maintain accurate CRM and daily sales reports.   • The Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for this role include:

    • Sourcing new to business banking current accounts

    • Ensuring the account is funded as per expectations defined in KPI

    • Generate Fee income for the bank including:

  1. Foreign Exchange

  2. Trade

  3. Bancassurance

  4. Deposits

  • Prospect in targeted markets that require meeting standards in phone calls and face-to-face visits.

  • Present and sell all business banking products & services to potential customers in an ethical structured & professional manner.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets in the financial year.

  • Maintaining and developing relationships with customers to enhance the cross-sell opportunities.

  • Adhere to Bank's KYC & AML policy. 

  • Ensure that the KYC guidelines are adhered while onboarding the business banking customers

  • Conducting micro marketing activities that include participation in various Business Banking events and other direct marketing activities.

  • Handling objections with a view to increase take-up rates.

  • Record all sales activities in Daily Sales Reports and update CRM for leads and contacts.

  • Participate in all Team Activities like morning huddles, training and coaching, complete mandatory compliance and fraud trainings, Lean & rewards celebrations.
