Job Description

Job Purpose: 

To support stakeholder relations for Masdar’s strategic initiatives which include Zayed Sustainability Prize (ZSP), Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week (ADSW), Youth for Sustainability (Y4S) and Women in Sustainability, Environment and Renewable Energy (WiSER), through engaging effectively with stakeholder groups to achieve the objectives of the unit, while maintaining Masdar’s brand and reputation at the highest standards. Additionally, the role involves delivering protocol support for all Masdar's strategic initiatives and VIP delegations.

Job Responsibilities: 

Assist with Stakeholder Relations engagements

  • Assist and maintain stakeholder relationships and suggest ways to promote and enhance stakeholder engagement and satisfaction.
  • Inform the line manager of issues and/or risks to stakeholder relationships as soon as they arise so risks can be managed effectively.
  •  Assist with the integration and alignment of internal and external stakeholder programs and coordinate the implementation of relevant plans, ensuring there are proper links between relevant divisions and stakeholders.
  • Prepare itineraries and calendars to include OSR team members to engage in the appropriate meetings.
  • Research potential candidates for all categories of the prize and support in the implementation of outreach events.
  •  Prepare content for MoM (as required) which can be handled by Stakeholder Relations
  • Perform clerical duties such as preparation of presentation materials, invitation letters, filling, mailing and conducting reports.

Contribute to outreach plan execution

  • Assist with the execution of outreach plans by contributing to stakeholder relations to increase brand awareness and subsequent entries for ZSP.
  • Research potential candidates for all categories of the prize and support in the implementation of outreach events.

CRM (Salesforce) Management for Stakeholder Relations (WiSER related)

  • Update the CRM is being updated with the necessary contacts.
  • Work on the invitations, RSVP’s and Moms and track them in the system.
  •  To be updated on the best practice, tools and use of CRM to deliver accurate data.

Assist with Protocol Management

  • Assist with the execution of protocol plans to increase brand awareness of Masdar and its strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to gather input and ensure protocols align with organizational goals.
  • Maintain clear and open communication channels with relevant teams to ensure protocol updates and changes are effectively communicated.
  • Generate reports and insights to drive informed decision-making.

 

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business or related field is an asset.

Preferred Experience:

2-4 years of experience in a role involving stakeholder relations and/or support of a key project/program
