What You’ll Do

As a CNA, you’ll play an important role in providing compassionate, hands-on care to our residents. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
  • Promoting resident safety, comfort, privacy, and dignity
  • Following individualized care plans and accurately documenting vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure
  • Maintaining clean, safe, and organized resident rooms and care areas
  • Communicating and collaborating with nurses and other members of the care team
  • Performing additional duties as assigned

What You’ll Need

  • Active CNA certification in good standing with the state
  • Ability to pick up 1–2 shifts per pay period and 2 weekend shifts per month as required for PRN status
  • Recent CNA education or completed clinical hours
  • Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented approach to resident care
