CAMS is on the search for a full-time Assistant Manager to aid in daily office operations and perform routine inspections of a HOA community. 

 

The Assistant Manager will also sit at the front of house of the community. Prior Home Owner Association or property management experience is preferred.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist Community Manager in all aspects of the job
  • Provide coverage to the front desk
  • Greet, welcome and direct clients that come into the office.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support
  • Attend Management firm meetings, as necessary
  • Maintain communication with homeowners
  • Respond to homeowners needs.
  • Review and process all owner inquiries
  • Maintain entry system: assign amenity entry key fobs and entry gate information
  • Managing pool memberships, payments and entry fobs
  • Assisting with planning of events in the community
  • Maintain office inventory and order supplies, as necessary
  • Maintain physical appearance of the on-site office
  • Assist with the ARC Modification process
  • Contact and assist vendors for community maintenance and special projects
  • Request proposals for services and follow up
  • Report and communicate any equipment repair/maintenance services
  • Ensure adherence to the quality standard and health and safety regulations necessary for the Master/Amenity Associations
