Mistral AI is hiring an onboarding specialist intern in Paris to design and manage onboarding journeys across multiple regions, drive exceptional employee experience from pre-join through the first weeks, and scale processes. You will coordinate with Talent Acquisition, People Ops, IT and Workplace to ensure readiness, organize sessions and milestones, and build automated workflows and knowledge bases. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in fast-growth settings delivering end-to-end onboarding, strong PM and communication skills, and proficiency with HRIS and HR tech. Ensure a consistent and high-quality onboarding experience across locations (FR, EMEA, APAC, NA).
Develop, implement and improve onboarding programs across the organization.
Measure onboarding effectiveness through key metrics;
Identify opportunities for improvement and implement scalable solutions.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders
Partner with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, IT, Workplace to ensure onboarding readiness.
Ensure equipment & required resources are available before each employee's start date.
Organize and facilitate onboarding sessions, orientations and key integration milestones;
Coordinate and facilitate travel arrangements, transportation, and accommodation for new joiners who need it during onboarding weeks.
Build Scalable Processes
Design and optimize onboarding workflows, tools, and documentation.
Drive automation and operational excellence to support business growth.
Maintain onboarding resources, guides, and knowledge repositories.
