NMC Healthcare is seeking an Oncology Manager to lead clinical operations, quality and safety, business development, referrals, finance and team leadership in a full-time onsite role in Dubai. The ideal candidate will optimise patient flow, ensure adherence to standards, drive improvement, expand services and revenue, build referral networks and partnerships, manage budgeting and P&L, and foster a high‑performance, patient-centred culture while advancing strategy and innovation. Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Healthcare Management or related field, with MBA or MHA preferred; oncology certifications and quality or project management credentials advantageous. Key Accountabilities
Clinical Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day oncology services
Optimise patient flow, scheduling, and capacity utilisation
Quality, Safety & Compliance
Ensure adherence to clinical standards and guidelines
Maintain regulatory compliance
Monitor patient safety indicators and incident reporting
Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives
Business Development & Service Growth
Develop and execute oncology growth strategies
Expand service offerings (new treatments, technologies, subspecialties)
Identify and develop new revenue streams
Support medical tourism and international patient programs
Referral & Partnership Development
Build strong referral networks with physicians and clinics
Develop partnerships with corporates, insurers, and pharma companies and charities
Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and community providers
Financial Performance Management
Manage departmental budget and P&L
Monitor revenue, costs, and profitability
Optimise use of high-cost drugs and equipment
Implement cost-control and efficiency measures
Team Leadership & Workforce Management
Lead and manage oncology staff (nurses, coordinators, admin)
Ensure adequate staffing and skill mix
Drive training, development, and performance management
Foster a high-performance and patient-centered culture
