Join The Warehouse Group as an Online Fulfilment Team Member in Auckland for a fixed term 24 hours, working Thursday to Saturday mornings from 6:00am to 2:30pm until 23 October 2026. In a busy distribution centre you’ll pick and pack online orders, use RF scanners, and help move stock while keeping safety and organisation top of mind and meeting daily targets as part of a collaborative team. What matters most is reliability, a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently yet with others; you’ll also need to be physically fit for repetitive lifting and standing and have good communication. Prior warehouse or RF experience helps but isn’t essential. Job Description

As an Online Fulfilment Team Member, you’ll play an important role in keeping our online operation running smoothly by:

• Picking and packing online customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Using RF scanners and warehouse systems to process orders
• Working within a busy distribution environment to meet daily targets
• Supporting stock movement and general warehouse tasks
• Helping maintain a safe, organised, and efficient workspace
• Working collaboratively with your team to deliver for our customers

Thursday, Friday, Saturday 6:00am - 2:30pm - 24 hours

This role is Fixed Term until 23rd October 2026

Qualifications

We’re after team players with a great attitude and strong work ethic.

You’ll ideally:

• Be reliable and able to work independently
• Have strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Be physically fit and comfortable with repetitive lifting, standing, and moving throughout the shift
• Have good communication skills and a positive approach to teamwork
• Previous warehouse, logistics, fulfilment, or RF scanning experience is helpful, but not essential

Most importantly, you’ll bring energy, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
