Minor Hotels is seeking an organized Operations Coordinator in Brisbane to drive brand standards, operational excellence and global initiatives across Oaks 2.0, training, compliance and rollout. Based in the Brisbane Head Office, you’ll bridge Operations, Brand, DTS and People & Culture, coordinating SOPs, audits, certification tracking, frontline training and weekly rollout meetings, while maintaining dashboards and documentation. The right candidate will excel at multi‑project coordination, written and verbal communication, and using Excel, LMS/HRIS, SharePoint and dashboards; have experience in a multi-brand or global hotel environment and familiarity with audits and risk logs; hold a tertiary qualification in business, hospitality or HR.
