This hands on role involves complex problem solving, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, project management, continuous improvement activities and thorough technical documentation, all while building cross functional relationships in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor of Engineering, one to two years’ manufacturing experience, excellent communication and problem solving, some project management experience, a solid understanding of Lean principles, experience with SolidWorks, measurement systems and statistics, and possibly automation, electronics or software experience. About The Role
Operations engineers have an important part to play in the supply of our products. We apply analytical thinking and continuous improvement methods to achieve optimal manufacturing processes and outcomes whilst actively managing risk throughout the operation.
This role offers an opportunity to join the Operations Engineering Team where your engineering expertise, project management and stakeholder engagement skills will have the chance to shine. You will be working in a high volume and fast paced production environment, with responsibilities including complex problem solving, root cause analysis & troubleshooting, project management, continuous improvement activities and technical documentation.
This is a hands-on, results focussed role where you will be challenged to solve problems and build cross-functional relationships as you endeavour to implement the right solutions for our manufactured products and processes.
