Novotel Wolverhampton seeks a hands-on Operations Manager to lead the hotel’s departments, uphold brand standards, and deliver exceptional guest experiences while acting for the General Manager in their absence. You will empower staff to manage feedback, drive improvements via RPS analysis, run daily and weekly ops meetings, maximise upselling, support preventative maintenance, and champion HR with inductions, reviews and development plans. Ideal candidates have about two years in a fast paced hotel role, with HOD experience preferred, and must be able to work evenings and weekends and prove UK work eligibility. This is a hands on role and requires flexibility to work shifts to suit the business needs, including evenings and weekends. Responsible for the Operational Heads of Department and reporting to the General Manager. You will ensure brand and company standards are maintained. Ensure guest expectations are anticipated and exceeded. You will act on behalf of the General Manager in their absence.
Key accountabilities include:
2 years previous experience in a similar fast paced role is ideal.
Previous HOD experience preferable within the Hotel Industry.
