  • Monitor overall business performance, budgets, and key operational KPIs
  • Support Senior Management in strategic planning and operational decision-making
  • Manage and continuously optimize the end-to-end order-to-delivery process across Europe
  • Provide disciplinary and functional leadership and further development of the Operations team
  • Ensure efficient supply chain, logistics, and operational processes
  • Initiate and implement continuous improvement initiatives based on data analysis
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Sales, Service, Spare Parts, and Finance
  • Act as an interface to the headquarters and selected stakeholders in China
Must-haves
  • University degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable qualification
  • More than 5 years of professional experience in Operations Management
  • Strong expertise in Supply Chain Management and Logistics
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a KPI-driven working style
  • Proven leadership experience with disciplinary responsibility
