About the role:

You will be responsible for leading and overseeing the successful day to day operations of the team.

This role is a mix of office based and offsite work which so somebody looking for a role in where no two days are the same.

A bit about the role

• Manage collections in the recycling industry.

• Act as primary point of contact for drivers and sub-contractors.

• Arrange fleet and plant maintenance with an on-site workshop.

• Liaising with customer services to drive successful collection outcomes.

• Conduct toolbox talks.

• Maintain and maximise route efficiencies.

• Complete audit and task observations.

• Maintain a safe, compliant and healthy working environment.
