Alo Yoga is hiring an Operations & Visual Manager for Westbourne Grove, London, a full‑time onsite role that translates operational and visual strategy into a customer‑ready store. The position offers a 40‑hour week over 5 days, with openings and closings as needed. You will own inventory accuracy, labor planning and scheduling, and visual standards, and you’ll use data to drive decisions while partnering with the General Manager on budget, reporting and planning. Lead and coach the Operations and Visual team and ensure our guiding principles shine in every guest interaction. Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years retail leadership, strong communication, MS Office skills, entrepreneurial drive, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long shifts, plus the right to work in the UK.
