An OSHC Coordinator role with Junior Adventures Group is open in the Calliope Gladstone area. This permanent part-time position (30 hours per week) runs split shifts from 6:30 am to 9:00 am and 2:30 pm to 6:00 pm, with school holiday blocks and five hours of dedicated admin time. You’ll lead a team of Educators, design a vibrant child centred program, manage rosters and compliance, and partner with families and schools to grow the service. Expect up to $46 per hour plus super, regional manager support, retention bonuses, and strong development pathways.
