Junior Adventures Group is hiring an OSHC Coordinator for St Bernadette’s Catholic OSHClub to lead the service. This permanent part-time role is 35.5 hours per week, including four hours of paid non-contact admin time, Monday to Friday before and after school care. You’ll manage a team of Educators, design engaging programs, ensure compliance and daily operations, and build relationships with children, families and the school. Regional support is available along with clear progression. Key requirements include natural leadership, WA First Qualified Educator status, police check, working with children checks and Australian working rights. We’re looking for a passionate OSHC Coordinator to lead our St Bernadette’s service and create a safe, welcoming and engaging environment where children can learn, play and thrive.
This is a permanent part-time role offering 35.5 hours per week, including 4 hours of paid non-contact administration time to support you with planning, programming and service leadership.
You’ll work Monday to Friday across our before and after school care programs:
Rise then Shine: 6:30am – 9:00am
Stay and Play: 2:15pm – 6:00pm
At St Bernadette’s, you’ll step into a well-established service with a standalone OSHC space, full kitchen, dedicated office and fully enclosed outdoor area. The service has a supportive, family feel, with strong relationships across the team, school community and key stakeholders.
You’ll receive regular support from your Regional Manager and Mobile Coordinator, with thorough training to help you feel confident in the role. There are also opportunities to grow and progress over time, making this a great fit for someone looking to continue building their career in OSHC.
