Junior Adventures Group is seeking an OSHC Coordinator for Holland Park’s Helping Hands service, a permanent full-time role with split shifts across school days plus 10 hours of dedicated non-contact admin time, and an onsite Service Manager for ongoing support. You’ll lead a team to design and run a vibrant before and after school program for children aged 5 to 12, take ownership of rosters, daily operations, compliance and administration, and build strong partnerships with families and the school community. About Holland Park Helping Hands
Holland Park is a large and well-established OSHC service, providing Before School Care, After School Care, and Vacation Care for up to 210 children in the afternoons and 180 children during mornings and holidays. Having been an integral part of the school community for almost two years, the service has built strong relationships with children and families and is supported by a consistent, experienced team of educators. With access to multiple shared spaces, you'll have the opportunity to deliver a dynamic, inclusive program that engages children of all ages and interests.
About your new role
As a Coordinator, you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. Your service has a Service Manager onsite, so you will be continually supported and guided throughout your journey as a Coordinator. This role is all about leadership:
