YMCA Victoria is seeking a permanent part-time OSHC Educator to deliver before and after school care and holiday programs in Torquay. The role is 15-20 hours per week with pay from $32 per hour plus an ECEC retention payment and super, supported by a Coordinator and the OSHC team. You will empower children, build positive relationships with families and the school community, and run engaging sessions across the program. Y Victoria is currently seeking a Permanent Educator for our Before and After School Care Programs.
This is a permanent part-time position working 15-20 hours per week.
The hourly rate for the position is $32 p/hour onwards (depending on your qualification & experience) + ECEC retention payment + super.
As an Outside of School Hours Care (OSHC) Educator you will be dedicated to empowering young children and have a passion for providing engaging experiences. Supported by the OSHC team and an experienced Coordinator, you will enhance positive relationships with children, families and the school community while facilitating our Before and After School Care sessions and School Holiday programs.
