As a Room Leader with YMCA Victoria you will lead a team in Clyde North, delivering curriculum under the Early Years Learning Framework and modelling lifelong learning. You mentor permanent and casual staff, uphold high quality practice and accurate records, and engage families. Essential qualifications include a Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent, First Aid/CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certs, and a Working with Children Card. Working in alignment with YMCA Victoria's philosophy, our ELC setting prides itself in teaching a calm and structured learning environment where children are exposed to high quality education.
We offer children a purpose-built early learning centre to instil a love of learning, nurture curiosity and help children reach their full potential, providing everything needed to play, learn and thrive throughout the day.
