SGN is looking for an OT Cyber Security Project Co-ordinator on an 18-month FTC to drive the modernisation of our OT estate and support the delivery of the OT cyber security programme across Scotland and SGN’s network. The role is full time hybrid with a salary of £44.4K to £55.5K and a comprehensive benefits package. You will coordinate site readiness and the MoC process, manage schedules, and liaise with system integrators and internal teams, with some travel to SGN sites. We want a proactive, organised person who can manage change, coordinate technical documentation, and support multi-site rollouts, with a grasp of cyber security basics and MS Office. The E&I OT Cyber Programme Co-ordinator plays a key role in that mission, driving the modernisation of our operational technology estate and supporting the delivery of SGN's OT cyber security programme.

You'll be embedded in a technically skilled, cross-functional team, working across the full SGN gas network to initiate, track and close out site readiness activities and Management of Change (MoC) processes. Day-to-day, you'll coordinate with systems integrators and internal OT project teams, managing scheduling, status reporting, and third-party engagement to keep the programme moving.

•  Ensuring the procedural readiness to deliver OT Cyber project Ensuring the correct paperwork and appropriate signoffs are in place prior to site work commencing
• Responsible for creating, tracking, reporting and coordination of PS6 MoC process
• Coordinating with the other E&I and Major project teams, and 3rd parties, to confirm responsibilities under PS/6 and NRO to maximise efficiency
•  Contributing to the building and adherence to the project schedule
•  Engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
• Researching and reviewing information for stakeholders.
• Help optimise MoC surrounding project implementations
• Help maintain deployment programme momentum and effective use of personnel
• Provide support/responses to project queries to stakeholders
• Use various computer systems and software packages.
• Occasional travel to sites across SGN operational geography
• Occasional travel to sites across Scotland and to SGN’s southern major offices.

What you will need

 We're looking for a proactive and organised individual who can work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

•  Managing change within an industrial or process environment.
• Coordinating technical documentation, drafting updates and asset management activities.
• Project management or project coordination in an industrial setting.
• Delivering product or system rollouts across multiple sites or locations.
• The utilities or energy sector is desirable

You'll also bring:

• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your approach to different audiences.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• The ability to influence and build relationships to deliver outcomes, even where you don't have direct authority.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• An understanding of cyber security principles.
• Knowledge of permit-to-work processes (desirable).
• Eligibility to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.
• A full UK driving licence.
