adidas is seeking a part-time Advanced Retail Professional for the Westgate Factory Outlet in Auckland. The role is fast paced, consumer obsessed and brand driven, with duties to hit store and individual KPI targets, uphold service standards, lead floor productivity, maintain Visual Merchandising standards, process deliveries quickly and replenish stock, and represent the adidas brand. Requirements include a solid retail or customer service background, energy. Availability across weekdays and weekends is essential. NZ permanent work rights required; no relocation or visa support. We are seeking a passionate and consumer obsessed Advanced Retail Professional for our Westgate Factory Outlet on a part-time basis.

Key responsibilities:

• Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, take ownership over them and use all available store resources to meet or exceed them
• Role modelling our service and selling standards and ownership of sales floor productivity to provide customers with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
• The execution and maintenance of established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards
• Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store’s entire product offer is represented on the sales floor
• Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way. 

Requirements: To be successful in your application, you will have a strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success. You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.  

Working Hours:
To be considered for the roles you will be required to have availability to work retail hours across weekdays and weekends. Please include your availability in the application!
