We are seeking an experienced STOCKROOM SPECIALIST with a keen eye for detail and retail operations to join our Customs Street Concept Store in Auckland, NZ on a Part-Time basis.

Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in:

• Supporting the day-to-day stockroom operations with logistics, inventory management and stock to floor service to provide a premium consumer experience
• Monitor and coordinate the timely receiving and execution of in-bound product, ensuring careful alignment with product embargos, brand release dates and in-store campaigns. 
• Support in-store and field Visual Merchandising team by selecting and preparing prescribed articles for a smooth and curated stock-to-floor process.
• Supports store management team by providing feedback on the required resources within the store to achieve all Stockroom Operational needs and to deliver and maintain a Premium Stockroom Model
• Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way. 
• Drives and ensures compliance with Global Retail operational directives, processes, policies and standards within the store back of house, proposing ideas and solutions to build a world class premium Concept Store experience.
• Drives profitability of store by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets.
• Supports store management team by providing consumers with outstanding experience while meeting or exceeding commercial goals.

Experience in the following will be highly regarded:

•    Retail Team Leader of men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear 

•    Stockroom Procedures
