Instacart is hiring a Partner Intelligence Lead II - Ads to own the Ads intelligence layer, design retrieval workflows, and ship production agents that lift ROAS and pacing. You’ll build dbt models in Snowflake or BigQuery, ingest unstructured content, and guide evaluation suites and A/B tests in collaboration with Ads GTM, Product, Data Science, and Engineering. Requirements include four to seven years in analytics engineering or applied AI, two or more years in ads or e-commerce, strong SQL and Python, dbt and Airflow, plus dashboards and ads metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, LTV). Remote in Canada (Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, or Nova Scotia); CAD 137k to 152k. Tips: show measurable lift, end-to-end data products, and cross-functional impact with relevant keywords.

About the Role
Own the intelligence behind our Ads agents. You will design the Ads semantic/context layer and build vertical AI agents that analyze campaigns, diagnose performance, and recommend actions that improve ROAS, pacing, and partner outcomes. You will partner with Ads GTM, Product, Data Science, and Engineering to ship production agents with measurable lift.
