This team & how they connect:
You will join a high-performing team of eight reporting to our Manager of Partner Success, where collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. We work closely with our Partner Consulting teams to deliver a seamless service, sharing insights and feedback to ensure our partners' voices are heard.
Initially, you will focus on:
Developing and executing territory plans to increase the adoption of Business Edition plans and connected payment services.
Planning and hosting events designed to educate partners on the mechanics and benefits of the Xero Partner programme.
Deepening online strategies within practices to increase active users and influence the adoption of adjacent products.
Using Salesforce to manage relationship health and identify potential risk areas for early mitigation.

This is a permanent, full-time role based in either Auckland. We embrace a hybrid working model that balances the flexibility of remote work with purposeful "boost days" in the office to connect and collaborate with the wider team.
