What You’ll Bring to the Table | Ngā Mea ka Mauria e Koe ki te Rūnanga:


• A minimum of 2 years' experience in coordinating construction projects.

• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Project and work order management software.

• Experience with Microsoft Project software & ideally Procore

• Proactive, detail-oriented professional

• Financial process knowledge and acumen

• Schedule and monitor project activities to ensure timelines and deliverables are achieved.

• Maintain accurate documentation, reports and project plans.

• Support project managers with scheduling, resource allocation and stakeholder communication.

• Support the project team manage project cost, process progress claim and track project costs

• Monitor and support achieving the safety, quality, and environmental compliance, targets and maintaining a safe work environment.
