For our ambitious, fast-growing team in Amsterdam, we are looking for a Partnerships Intern Benelux. This is a unique chance to dive into the world of Growth Marketing and learn how a global brand builds strategic alliances.
Supporting the Partnerships team, you will help foster collaborations that drive business growth across the Benelux markets. You won’t just be watching from the sidelines; you’ll play a key role in supporting scaling initiatives, managing partner communications, and analyzing campaign success. This is a hands-on learning experience where you’ll see exactly how we scope and execute high-impact deals.
What you’ll do: The Recipe
- Support Partnership Development: Aid in identifying and researching potential partners that align with our brand values.
- Partnerships and Campaigns Management: Help nurture existing partner relationships through professional communication and engagement.
- Collaboration Initiatives: Support the execution of joint campaigns and events, working closely with the Brand and Growth Marketing teams.
- Market Research: Keep your finger on the pulse by conducting research on industry trends and competitor partnership activities.
- Operational Support: Maintain partnership databases and assist in the "behind-the-scenes" coordination that makes campaigns successful.
- Performance Tracking: Help gather data and insights to evaluate how our partnerships are performing against business goals.
What you’ll bring: The Ingredients
- Current Student: You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred).
- Analytical Mindset: You enjoy working with data and understand how to use it to inform decisions.
- Proactive Communicator: You’re not afraid to pick up the phone or send an email, and you know how to build rapport with stakeholders.
- Growth Mindset: You are eager to learn, full of ideas, and ready to act as a sparring partner for the team.

- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Google Workspace/MS Office (especially Excel/Sheets).
- Language Skills: Fluent in English AND either Dutch or French.
- Availability: You are available for a period of 5–6 months (full-time).
