Herc Rentals is seeking a Parts Coordinator in Phoenix, full-time on site, to manage inventory with accurate invoicing and costing, place and expedite orders, and provide professional customer service at the counter and on the phone. The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years of construction parts or equipment experience, heavy equipment knowledge, and a valid Class 5 license. Key duties include maintaining an organized department, handling shipping and receiving, preparing shipping documents, assisting with returns of damaged or warrantable parts, and supporting the Parts Manager in finding the best buys.
