Parts Operation Specialist - EUAmsterdamFull-timeProduction / Manufacturing / Processing - Automobile sales and servicesResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities - Assist After Sales Department, Parts, Technical and Area Manager in all aspects regarding the Go-To-Market strategy for parts, accessories and related services. - Support the groundwork for the EU After Sales with regard to standards, processes, interaction, systems, analytics, reporting with main focus on parts but also related areas. Inventory and Order Management: - Support the order-to-cash process for spare parts - Follow up on orders and backorders to ensure timely deliveries - Harmonize the parts availabilities with Xpeng headquarter in China, especially for new markets and new car models for the EU - Perform data analyses on order overview and parts logistics plus reporting Technical Support, Catalog, Systems and Customer Service: - Provide information and resolve parts concerns for dealers and service providers - Organizational support with training activities, materials, language settings - Assist countries and internal staff with system operating questions, billing and administration - Support with order returns, cancellations, and other spare parts related inquiries - Liaise with Xpeng HQ China on EU specifics of spare parts catalog and utilize and optimize parts management systems and tools Pricing, Reporting and Analysis - Support pricing strategies for optimal market penetration - Prepare reports and suggestions for improvements of parts and accessoriesQualificationsRequired Qualifications and Skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint - Analytical and problem-solving skills, good communication - Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Chinese) are advantageous - Experience in the automotive aftersales as well as the EV-market - Willingness to travel if needed within Europe to support service centers, customers and service providers.Apply
