About the Role
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts Sales Representative to join our Parts team based in Penrose. This role is responsible for the sale of genuine parts and accessories to existing customers, maintaining exceptional customer service levels, and bringing a strong focus on developing new business opportunities through visits to customers’ premises. This role is essential to building and maintaining enduring customer relationships and enhancing customer loyalty.

 

 What you will do

  • Providing a high level of customer excellence and focus on attracting new customers.
  • Building and maintaining customer loyalty and support.
  • Correctly identifying parts and accessories across multiple brands.
  • Maintaining a high operating knowledge of parts and accessories.
  • Liaising with motor trade repairers in the area with the objective of increasing.
  • Visiting panel shops and mechanical workshops.
  • Write up quotes for panel jobs.
  • Providing excellent customer advice across our full range of parts.
  • Setting up and maintaining displays of merchandise.
  • Completing cash or credit transactions, and invoice preparation.
  • Receiving and filling orders for parts.

 

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a parts interpreter or similar automotive role
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Have a can-do attitude and be proactive 
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Current driver’s licence
