Theatre Bookings at Geelong is open Monday to Friday from 0730 hrs to 1800 hrs, and you will need to be flexible to work a 5-day rotating roster. You will be part of the Theatre Bookings team and report to the Theatre Utilisation Manager.

Excellent with your time management and organisation skills, you can prioritise effectively to manage multiple requirements. Previous administration experience in the health care sector, medical or health fund industry would be advantageous but is not essential.

Our Peri-operative environment consists of 9 Operating Theatres including a Hybrid Theatre, Cath Lab and 2 endoscopy suites. Located all on the one level we have the Operating Theatre, Cath Lab, ICU and Day Surgery allowing excellent patient flow and best patient care. As there is an increased demand for the excellence Epworth Geelong provide to its patients and VMO’s, our operating theatres are continuing to expand.
