As a Cross Currency Solutions Sales Vice President/Executive Director in Cross Currency Solutions team in Dubai, you are an integral part of a team that defines and configures FX solutions for key client relationships and prospect opportunities in partnership with the stakeholder teams. You are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer by understanding their needs and providing tailormade solutions in conjunction with the Product teams. 

 Job responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategy for growing the cross-currency payments P&L in EMEA to meet P&L and new business targets
  • Collaborate with Sales, Banking, and Markets partners in the region to develop client pipelines, account plans, product-market fit and marketing collateral
  • Manage the pipeline effectively, including target list development, execution from pre-sales to mandate acquisition, deal closure, and reporting to senior management
  • Develop compelling segment specific value propositions and proposals that will also drive marketing efforts 
  • Lead solutioning and the adoption of existing and upcoming client-facing products and capabilities while defining and configuring optimal solutions that address clients’ needs and objectives
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on cross-currency preposition in JP Morgan on a defined set of products and capabilities with a deep understanding of our clients’ needs and current FX and payments industry trends
  • Coordinate with Cross Currency Product & Solutions teams in other regions to address global client needs and adoption of best practices across regions

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • BA or BS from a top-tier program or equivalent 
  • Excellent product-oriented sales experience and acumen with excellent client facing skills. 
  • Able to work under direct portfolio growth targets, in a competitive environment
  • Able to demonstrate the relevant level of experience or equivalent expertise in problem-solving across multiple teams and a cluster of products
  • Extensive experience working in a sales cycle and engaging with clients on a regular basis
  • Experience modifying preconfigured solutions to meet complex problems
  • Demonstrable prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization
  • Demonstrable Foreign Exchange (FX) sales experience 

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills   

  • Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written)
  • Proven knowledge of transaction banking, FX, cross-border payments and Channels
