You’ll manage fortnightly cycles for salaried, waged and rostered staff, maintain data integrity in TechnologyOne, and provide proactive service to managers and staff while staying compliant with NZ and Australian legislation. Based within our People & Culture team, this fast‑paced and detail‑driven role is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and fully compliant payroll services across all Summerset entities in both New Zealand and Australia. With a growing trans‑Tasman footprint, you will play a key role in ensuring consistent payroll excellence, supporting a diverse workforce of salaried, waged, and rostered shift‑based employees.
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will support and execute end‑to‑end payroll processes, maintain a high standard of data integrity within our HRIS (TechnologyOne), and provide exceptional service and advice to managers, staff, and key stakeholders.
You'll need to hit the ground running with this role and join our small but mighty payroll team, who will support you all the way.
