BAYADA Home Health Care is actively hiring full-time on-site Direct Support Professionals, Caregivers, PCAs, HHAs and CNAs to provide 1:1 in-home care for clients in Versailles and Gravois Mills, MO. Pay ranges from $16/hour for DSP PCA HHA and $17/hour for active MO CNAs, with hours varying by location and opportunities for part time or PRN work and growth. Expect duties such as ADLs, light housekeeping, bathing, grooming, transfers, ROM exercises, meal prep and medication assistance, supported by weekly pay, flexible scheduling, short commutes, training, PTO and health benefits. Job Responsibilities for CNA/HHA/DSP/PCA's & Caregivers -
- Activities of daily living [ADL's]
- Light housekeeping
- Bathing
- Dressing
- Grooming
- Toileting
- Nail care
- Range of motion / exercises
- Transfers /use of mechanical lifting devices
- Oral feeding
- Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
- Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
- Assisting with ambulation
- Medication assistance
