Summary

The assistant professor will be expected to maintain an active research program in biomedical data science. This involves developing research proposals, securing funding, conducting experiments, analyzing data, publishing papers, and presenting research findings at conferences.

 

The assistant professor will provide academic advising to students pursuing degrees in quantitative and computational biosciences. This includes guiding students in course selection, developing research projects, and providing career advice. The assistant professor will also contribute to the academic community by serving on departmental and university committees, participating in outreach activities, and collaborating with colleagues on research projects.

 

Degree: Biological Scientists, All Other Bioinformatics Scientists, Biostatisticians
