- Collaborate and give direction to both the customer and the company during all phases of the project to ensure quality, from design phase to production phase.
- The development of Pega architecture, Pega upgrade, cloud transformations, automated testing capabilities, DevOps and DX API.
- Develop and support our customers with Pega's 1:1 Engagement.
- Monitor the quality of the developed solutions.
- Lead Pega implementation teams and supervise DCO workshops.

Works in the area of Software Engineering, which encompasses the development, maintenance and optimization of software solutions/applications. 1. His/her work requires the exercise of original thought and judgement and the ability to supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers. 4. The software engineer collaborates and acts as team player with other software engineers and stakeholders.
