You’ll gain hands-on HR experience across a large operational workforce with rotations across Tasmania and Victoria, backed by mentoring to prepare you for future People Advisor or Business Partner roles. Day-to-day work includes advising on employee relations, supporting managers with meetings and coaching, delivering engagement activities, and analyzing trends to drive improvement, while helping embed Kinetic values. Ideal candidates are early in their HR journey, curious and proactive, with 1–2 years in HR or related roles, strong communication and organization. About the Role
As a People Advisor, you’ll be part of a supportive People Support team and will work closely with People Leaders, employees, and our broader People & Safety function. You’ll be supported to progressively build your confidence and capability, with guidance from experienced People leaders as you take on increasing responsibility.
