APM’s People & Culture Coordinator in West Perth is a six-month onsite contract with potential extension to 12 months, ideal for an HR administrator who thrives on service and solid HR operations. You’ll be the first P&C contact, manage onboarding and lifecycle activities, maintain HRIS and payroll data, and ensure compliance such as police checks, Working with Children Checks and visas, while supporting leaders in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: 2+ years in P&C or HR Administration, knowledge of Modern Awards, experience with iChris/Chris21 preferred, strong organisational, communication and confidentiality skills, degree in HR or related field. You will provide responsive support to leaders and employees, manage key HR administration processes, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure HR activities are delivered efficiently and professionally.
This role is ideal for someone with strong HR administration experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing customer service, compliance, and process improvement.
